Applying for a Media Credential
DUKE’S MAYO CLASSIC MEDIA CREDENTIALS
Duke’s Mayo Classic Credential Policy:
The Duke’s Mayo Classic credential policy is designed to best allocate credentials in order to maximize coverage in a safe, professional working environment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate all requests.
Credential requests are considered only for authorized full-time, salaried representatives.
All unaffiliated freelance journalist/photographers must have an assignment editor from an established media outlet apply for them to be considered.
Subject to limitations of space, credentials will be assigned to accredited media in accordance with the following general priorities:
• Media outlets which have covered ALL games of a participating team.
• Media outlets which have covered all HOME games of a participating team.
• Media outlets at the game site which regularly cover the Duke’s Mayo Bowl and Duke’s Mayo Classic on a year-round basis.
• Media outlets that have covered the Duke’s Mayo Bowl and Duke’s Mayo Classic nationally on a year-round basis.
All photography credentials issued are authorized for editorial use only and may not be resold without prior approval from the Charlotte Sports Foundation.

Credentials will be available at the Media Will Call window at the Southwest entrance to Bank of America Stadium beginning at Noon on game day. All media must enter here.
Any person or entity who wishes to use any name, trademark, tradename, logo, symbol or any other intellectual property right of the Duke’s Mayo Classic must first obtain the prior written consent of the Duke’s Mayo Classic for any such use.
The Duke’s Mayo Classic and its affiliates do not allow any unauthorized use of any such property rights and do not grant permission for any unauthorized use of any such property rights.
